About this item

The milk frother has the ability to create both warm and cold froth for cappuccinos, as well as heat warm milk for lattes. It has a maximum capacity of 125 ml for froth preparation and 250 ml for warm milk preparation. There are maximum level indicators for both the milk frother and the milk warmer, as well as a minimum milk level indicator. The milk is heated to a temperature between 140°F and 160°F, with the foam potentially being cooler. This ensures that the milk is at the optimal temperature for drinking.
To make warm drinks, simply press the ON/OFF button once and release it immediately. This will turn on both the heater and frother. For cold drinks, press and hold the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds to only activate the frother, without turning on the heater.
In order to be suitable for use with the milk frother, the milk must have a minimum of 3 grams of protein and must not have any flavoring. Additionally, it should not be ultra-pasteurized with an extended expiration date, as this may affect the frothing process as the milk nears its expiration date.
The milk frother has a stainless steel exterior with vacuum insulation, providing durability and effective heat retention. The base is detachable for convenient cleaning, and a cleaning brush is included for free. Please note that this product is designed for use with North American Electrical Standards and operates at 120V only.
